Acorn Income Fund – executive interview

Acorn Income Fund smaller company co-managers Fraser Mackersie and Simon Moon (Unicorn) and income portfolio co-manager Chun Lee (Premier) give their thoughts on the COVID-19 pandemic, its impact on company dividends, the importance of identifying well-financed businesses and the benefits of diversifying sources of income.

Acorn Income Fund has a portfolio managed in two parts, with c 70–80% in a UK small-cap equity portfolio selected by Unicorn Asset Management, and c 20–30% in an income portfolio constructed by Premier Asset Management.

It aims to reward shareholders with a high income and the opportunity for capital growth.
